Hi, I'm Jeff Danilin

For years, I struggled with my own weight, losing 100 pounds through trial and error. I learned firsthand that strength training, movement, and habit change create real, lasting results. Not quick fixes or trends.

As I worked with clients from their forties into their eighties, I saw the cost of neglecting health early on. Then I watched a client in hospice after surviving a heart attack. That moment changed everything. I realized the goal wasn't just weight loss. It was bone density, tendon health, and the foundations that determine quality of life decades later.

Now Body Engineering is my way of helping working professionals build sustainable capability through Movement, Nutrition, and Recovery, with expert guidance tailored to every individual.
